In Year 4, children grow their independence and confidence both socially and academically.
Children in Year 4 build upon the learning that they have acquired in the previous year by being encouraged to know and understand particular skills and apply these more accurately.
At the end of Year 4, children will need to take a short online test to make sure that their times tables knowledge is at the expected standard.
