(Equality Act 2010, c. 15, Part 11, Chapter 1, Section 149) Please find Sandfield Close Primary School Equality Objectives below:

Sandfield Close Primary School – Equality Objectives 2023 - 2026

The Equality Act 2010 ensures protection from “discrimination, harassment, victimisation” (Equality Act 2010, c. 15, Part 11, Chapter 1, Section 149) against specific protected characteristics listed below.

  •

  • religion or belief
  • sexual orientation
  • gender reassignment
  • pregnancy or maternity” (The Equality Act 2010 and schools, Departmental advice for school leaders, school staff, governing bodies and local authorities, DfE).
